Punch Passes, now for Activities & Lessons
Punch Passes have been a popular feature for golf, and now they’re available for activities and lessons too.
As of today, staff can create punch passes that work across lessons, fitness classes, racquet bookings, and more. Discounts can be set as either a percentage or a dollar amount (i.e. 25% off or $10 off) and applied to specific rates; either per booking, per player, or both. You also have the flexibility to make passes transferable, so a booking owner can use them for other players in their group.
Once set up, passes can be assigned directly from a customer profile and easily applied at checkout, with the system automatically recognizing which fees they apply to. This makes booking more flexible for customers, checkout simpler for staff, and overall control stronger for operators.

POS Updates
In an ongoing effort to improve our POS functionality we have added a few new features:
New Rate Pop-up – A new rate modal, pictured, helps ensure accurate pricing if the booking crosses into a different rate period, giving staff the option to keep the original rate or update to the new one. This pop-up will also appear for customers, alerting them of a new rate, but they will not have the ability to change it themselves.
Move Paid Bookings – Staff can now move and edit bookings that have been prepaid without needing to cancel or rebook, as long as the rates still apply.
Manual Discounts – Adjust POS item prices in just a few clicks! From any order, simply:
1. Open the line item and go to Discounts.
2. Click Manual Discount % in the menu.
3. Enter the percentage and hit Confirm.
These new updates are designed to save your staff time and keep transactions accurate. All available now!
