New Patron Booking Flow
Currently available for golf, simulator or other activity management facilities, this new flow allows customers to easily rebook their go-to group or start anew with ease.
We've also rolled out a "Join a Booking". This new feature makes it easy to share and fill open spots on any booking:
After creating a booking with at least one unfilled player slot, patrons can select Share or Copy Link.
Those who receive the link will see the owner’s name, booking time, number of open spots.
After logging in (or signing up), they can confirm their spot, and re-share the link if more spots remain.
No more group texts or last-minute confusion, just smooth coordination, right from the Whoosh Booking App!

This month, we've rolled out Full Prepayment:
Clubs who have elected to use the new Patron Booking flow mentioned above, can now require full payment at the time of booking, powered by Whoosh’s secure integration with Square.

Square Gift Card Support is also live! Whoosh now supports both physical and digital Square gift cards at checkout. Physical cards can be swiped or scanned, while digital gift cards can be scanned or pulled in automatically if linked to a known Square customer profile.
Gift cards can be used when the balance fully covers the order total, as partial gift card payments will be released in the coming months.
Lessons Module Now Available for Public Facilities
Whoosh's lessons module is now live for public golf, simulator, and racquet facilities.
Designed to eliminate back-and-forth, the module lets players book directly through the Whoosh App while staff availability is automatically managed via integrated digital calendars. Availability updates in real-time, making it easy for players to find and book open slots. Operators can set custom rates and connect them to Square items for seamless checkout.
