Introducing the Whoosh Knowledge Base
Last week we introduced a new way to get help with Whoosh, fast. All customers can now access our self-service Knowledge Base at support.whoosh.io. We're hoping this will become your go-to resource for helpful articles, tips, and FAQs.
This library will be regularly updated and maintained by our Customer Support team to ensure you have quick answers when you need them move. Right now, you'll find information on our golf operations module and select activity management tools.

Enter credit cards manually right in Whoosh–no need for a virtual terminal!
Bill to house accounts for customers who prefer to be invoiced later (available through Square integration). If your facility would like to offer your customers a way to be billed later for their charges, house accounts may be the right fit for you, and you can easily define spending limits and billing frequency. Customers will receive an invoice from Square when their bill is due.
Support custom item pricing, easily enter a price for select items at the time of purchase. This requires your Square items to be setup with the functionality that a user can enter a price when it is added to an order.
