What's New

Details

Whoosh Lottery

Our lottery solution is here! Your team sets the lottery logic: point sources, weighting, group and guest treatment, rolling windows, etc. The lottery runs, tee times are published, and members are notified. Unfulfilled groups earn priority points for the next draw, or are automatically added to the waitlist. Interested in learning more? Just reach out or click below to watch the demo.

    Hide VIP Bookings

Clubs with high-profile members can now keep those members' reservations private from the rest of the membership. You decide which members or individual bookings stay out of view. To other members, hidden times show as unavailable. The booking owner and their playing partners still see everything normally.

To update a specific member's visibility find their profile in the People modal, and turn on the "Hide this member's bookings from other members" toggle.

To update an entire reservation, click the tee time on the tee sheet to open the booking drawer, and click the overflow menu. Choose "Hide booking from members."

We value your feedback! All of these features are a result of feedback from our customers. If you have ideas or questions, please reach out to support@whoosh.io.
