Keep Event Hosts in the Loop
We’ve enhanced our event notification system to ensure that event hosts stay up to date on everything that matters. By toggling on this feature, event hosts will receive all the same notifications as members, so they’re always informed about any updates or changes. How to activate? Simply toggle the "BCC Host" option on your event notification settings, and staff will receive updates for the events they are managing.
Have a Cancellation Policy?
We've made it easy to manage. With our new Cancellation Window feature, you can enforce your policy by requiring members to call if they need to cancel within a specific time frame. While members will still be able to book open tee times, they’ll get a friendly warning if their booking falls within the restricted window.
Streamline Your Golf Tee Sheet with Templates
We know how important it is to keep your tee sheets organized. That’s why we’ve introduced agenda templates exclusively for golf departments. Whether it's recurring shotguns or split tee start times, you can now create templates to save time and ensure consistency.
