Whoosh Knowledge Base now In-App

Our Knowledge Base has moved directly into Whoosh. Rather than navigating to our website, your staff can access it right from within the product (in the collapsed left sidebar, click the � icon at the bottom). This means faster answers right where you need them!

A couple of things to know:

• Access is changing. The Knowledge Base is now only available to staff users who are logged into Whoosh. Support.whoosh.io will redirect to the new location, so existing bookmarks will still work, but access will require being logged in.
• More to come. This move will allow us to produce articles quicker, and also lays the groundwork for AI-powered help down the road. We’re excited for the future of the Knowledge Base and its ability to do even more for your team over time.

Whoosh Lottery (Beta)

Tee time lotteries aren't new. But one where your staff has complete control over the rules, the waitlist runs itself, and every member walks away trusting (and understanding) how times were allocated? That's what we're building! Staff set the points logic, weighting, and group treatment directly within Whoosh. Unfulfilled requests automatically earn priority points for the next draw and flow to a live waitlist. Members can claim open slots via notifications, or your staff can assign them in one click.

We're currently testing this feature with select private clubs. If you use lotteries to manage demand and think this could streamline your workflow, we'd like to have you try it out. You'd get early access to the feature, work directly with our team as it develops, and shape how it works before we roll it out this fall.
