Our new Non-Playing Host feature for private clubs: now, if a member can't play but wants to cover their guests' fees, you can easily designate them as a non-playing host.
Simply add the member and their guests in the booking detail, click the three dots by the member’s name, and select “Non-Playing Host.” This update adjusts the member’s status (displayed as smaller with a non-playing tag), charges all guest fees to the member, and ensures they don’t count toward daily utilization—while all guest restrictions remain in place unless overridden by staff.
We value your feedback! All of these features are a result of feedback from our customers. If you have ideas or questions, please reach out to support@whoosh.io.
