This October, we introduce another way Whoosh is helping streamline bookings: the new Rate Eligibility Warning feature. This update brings a visual prompt to alert staff when a selected rate may not align with a member or customer type.

The new Rate Eligibility Warning helps club staff catch potential rate mismatches at a glance, preventing errors and securing revenue. No action is required to turn on this feature!
For private clubs, a yellow triangle warning will appear if the membership type and rate don’t match. This can be easily cleared by clicking the warning icon and adjusting to the correct rate type. To ensure consistency in your records, we recommend resolving any rate errors by adjusting the rate type as explained above, rather than using the "Update Membership Type" button.
For public clubs, the warning can be resolved by updating the customer type or rate type. To clear the warning, click the warning icon, then adjust to matches the customer type. Or use the player menu to select “Update Customer Type” and choose the correct customer type from there.The warning will not prevent completion of payment; so to insure accuracy of pricing, ensure all warnings are revolved before check-out.
