What's New

We’ve refreshed the Activity Management Agenda View to make it even more intuitive and user-friendly! These updates are purely visual, and only impact non-golf activities, so your workflows remain the same, but navigating your schedule has never been easier.

Activity Management Agenda View

Here's what you'll see moving forward: 

• Player Count at a Glance: Squares on the agenda cards show the number of players in each booking.
• Customer Type Colors: Colors now appear in the agenda preview cards for easier differentiation.
• New Icons: Redesigned icons for bookings, lessons, non-playing hosts, and blocks enhance visual clarity.
• Lesson Labels: Booked lessons are clearly marked for better organization.
• For public facilities only, Payment Status Simplified: Quickly spot payment status in the top right corner
  • Grey = Open Tab
  • Green = Paid in Full
  • Red = Unpaid and past booking end time

These updates are designed to save valuable time and make managing simulators, racquet sports, and other activities a breeze.
