Improved Login Flow for Members
We've streamlined the login process to provide a more intuitive and seamless experience for your members. Whoosh will display different screens depending the circumstance: whether they’re returning or logging in for the first time. This will provide a faster way for them to access their accounts, reducing friction and enhancing club satisfaction from the very first click.
Manage Ownership of a Booking
Empower your staff and members with greater visibility into bookings:
For members, the new booking ownership feature ensures that only the booking owner can make changes or cancel a reservation, bringing added transparency and security to scheduling. To allow members to change the owner of a booking go to Settings > Member Booking Access and toggle on “Members can Transfer Booking Ownership.” This will add an option in the member’s booking details to transfer the booking to another member within the booking.
Staff can easily transfer booking ownership through the player menu, making management more efficient and organized. This feature is not necessary if your facility has “All Members as Owners” toggled on.
Replace Unknown Guest/Member Hold
Update guests or replace member holds with our new 'Replace Player' feature, making it quicker to update the names of unknown players within the booking details.
Within the player menu of the booking details select “Replace.” Unknown Guests may only be replaced with an existing or new guest. Member Holds may only be replaced with an existing member.
Multiple Bookings on One Tee Time
This feature allows single tee times to house more than one reservation. Meaning your club can maximize tee time utilization without compromising the integrity of existing bookings, providing a better experience for everyone on the course! Currently, this feature is limited to golf facilities only. To turn this on, please reach out to support@whoosh.io.
Once this feature is on and “Members can join” is toggled off: Members wanting to making a booking on the same tee time as another group will create their own booking. They will not be able to edit the players of the other booking or cancel the booking.
Once this feature is on and “Members can join” is toggled on: Members will be given the choice to join the existing booking on the tee time or create a new booking on the same time.
Email Event Attendees
Lastly, a highly requested addition to our events module! Your staff now have the ability to email all of the attendees, with the option to choose between confirmed attendees, those on the waitlist, or all members.
