Golf Genius Integration Redesign

We’ve made several improvements to the look and feel of our Golf Genius integration, thanks to customer feedback. Highlights of this redesign include:

• The ability to sync a Golf Genius event directly to a block on the tee sheet or an existing Whoosh Event.

• Golf Genius pairings are now more clearly labeled and can be edited directly within Whoosh, with any manual adjustments to layout, rates, or transportation preserved even after re-syncing.

• Improved error visibility, with clearer messaging and roster issues surfaced at the top so your team can quickly identify and resolve any problems.

As of today, these changes are live for all clubs utilizing our integration. Our Knowledge Base is also up-to-date to with helpful articles to assist as you get familiar with the new layout and functionalist. 

Pairing Visibility for Events

We’ve introduced the ability for staff to publish event pairings directly to the Whoosh Booking App, giving members greater visibility into who they’re playing with and how events are structured. Once pairings are assigned to the tee sheet, staff can publish them with a single click, and optionally notify participants instantly. Pairings will then appear in the event agenda, with each member able to view their group directly within their app. Please note that this feature is currently only available for Whoosh Events only; Golf Genius events not yet supported.

Weather Reporting Now Available  

We’ve added Weather Reporting to the Rounds Counts Dashboard, giving you a clearer view of how weather impacts play. This new report shows historical weather data alongside booking activity, only for days with rounds, so you can easily spot trends between conditions and demand.
