Reporting Updates
We're updating the Rounds Reporting Dashboard to improve performance, usability and load times. All reports will remain available, but they will now be grouped into three separate dashboards: Rounds by Time, Rounds by Type, and Rounds by Names. This is live today for all users!
Smarter Event Management
Easily toggle both of these settings on when building a new event:
Waitlist Automation
No more juggling event waitlists manually. Turn on event waitlist automation, and when a spot opens up, the next in line is automatically added. All event notifications will be sent accordingly.
Registering Someone Else
Hosting junior camps or clinics? Now members can register others for an event without needing to attend themselves.
External Links
Now you can make your Whoosh Booking App even more useful for members by linking out to other tools they rely on, like dining reservations, event galleries, or club news. Clubs can add and organize external links directly in the Admin section. Members can access them from the web or native app (where links open in-app to keep them engaged with Whoosh). It’s an easy way to centralize access without needing a separate club app.
“Start On” Time Restrictions
This feature helps create structure and consistency across non-golf facilities like courts, simulators, and more. By enabling, you can now control exactly what times members can book.
The most common example?All reservations required to start at the top of the hour.
